SYNAPSE-NX-58

This IPC seems to be in control of itself, it does not seem to pose a threat for itself or anyone around,but it carries itself with a shake, and a stutter in it's voice box, clearly the biomass infesting it had severely affected nearly all of it's functions, but that doesn't seem to be the only issue with this IPC, there seems to be random parts utilised in the construction of this machine, as if put together from leftover scrap,from the look of his hands it seems like it will be incapable of using complex tools or weaponry, attempts to remove the biomass have put the IPC in a critical state, as if the biomass and machine perfectly fused together to create this sentient beeing which...always twitches and stares just a bit too..in a terrifying manner
