Keels-Oviir

She is a reptile with various aquatic features like webbed hands and feet, moist scaled skin, a fin poking out of her jumpsuit, and a lure atop her head which glows very dimly. The teal stripes across her body match this same dim glow. She has signs of genetic and cosmetic tampering across her body, particularly need her lungs. There is a tattoo on at the base of her tail of a barcode with a date right below it. Her jaw has needle-like teeth, a few on the bottom row poke up onto her lips even when closed.
