A very small kobold. They has a slight glow from between his scales. they speak fast and are very excitable. He looks up to people, and has wide, dark eyes, letting his gaze linger too long on things that are shiny or interesting. Prefers to wear around a moth cloak, usually with the hood up. The kobolds on the ground are free. You can just take them.
