Description

This IPC has several reptilian features, including horns, ear-like fins, digitigrade legs, and a cable-tail that seems to wag at all times. His red chassis is a bit battered and scuffed. His screen displays a feed of slow-moving blue stars and nebulas, which occasionally melts into static for a few moments.
