Description

A small and bubbly overexuberant moon-moth. Seems to have heterochromia peepers (one blue and one green). Seems to have way too much energy and not enough restraint. Wearing a pin of the Moonbat clan on his lapel, he perpetually quirks and flicks his antennae like ears, probing in your direction. DEFINITELY NOT Space Pirate Captain 'Crimson Silver', despite the similarity to the wanted poster.
