Rha'Aum

Before you stands a rather tall and lean feathery creature with a noticeable grin, decent posture, aging cuts and two eyes that are pure white; An Avali with deep maroon feathers softened by blood-red accents along his crest, arms, and the plume of his tail. Tall but lightweight he greets all with a smile and moves with an energetic bounce in every step. A worn hat sits firmly atop his head and rarely, if ever, leaves it. The reason becomes apparent only to the observant or the fortunate: beneath the brim hides a nasty old scar carved across the side of his head, one severe enough to have permanently disrupted the feathers that grow around it. Whatever story accompanies the wound remains his own, and he takes care to keep it hidden from curious eyes. Despite the old cuts marring his body and the roughened state of his clothing, he carries himself with a restless confidence, tail swaying constantly behind him as if he can barely stand still. As he spins and hops, one could notice seven tiny keepsakes hanging from a cord threaded beneath the plumes of his tail, an orange scale stuck to the end.
