Calamity

This old mare, marked up in faded war paint from a distant past, has been through the worst the worlds can throw at her and it shows. Red stripes beneath her eyes, combined with the natural paint pattern of her mane and coat give the impression of a raging brush fire, burning out of control. The flame in her eyes seems similar, as though she once had an attitude that may have matched that fiery coat and paint, though the burn in her eyes seems as though, has since faded and cooled to steady embers. Her movements are sharp and deliberate, the motions that shaking and rattling the carved bone and copper-wrapped beads tied into her mane. Even as aged as she is, her muscles are still toned and wire-tight. She's almost never seen without a large frame revolver on a shoulder holster, custom fitted and well-worn. She's -never- seen without a peculiar bleached canine skull hanging at her hip, long since sun-bleached with a bullet hole in the bone just over the left eye socket, its empty sockets gazing vacantly at whoever she happens to be facing. Her own emerald gaze is intense, seeming not to simply look at but into people, gazing beyond their surface and staring straight to their soul to get a measure of whoever is in her sights. A plain gold wedding band sits around her neck on a simple leather cord. Something odd about her. Magic inclined characters might notice an odd aura about her, but no magic abilities of her own.
