Appears to be some type of aquatic experiment, considering the fin protruding from their back. Vaguely canine looking and sounding, with DNA of other species presumably thrown in there. For the longest time, she's had a keen interest in chemicals. After all, those were usually the ones that were used upon her. Very underweight due to some eating issues, naturally weaker and frail.
