In an effort to eliminate the need to have discord, You can now apply for the whitelist directly on our website. Previously the only way to do this was on our discord server, which wasn't useful for people who don't use discord.

This is currently considered a beta feature and there may be little quirks.

How it works

1. Log in to the website with your Space Station 14 account and open the whitelist request page. The request is tied to your in-game username.
2. Answer a few short questions about yourself and why you'd like to join.
3. Upload a photo of your ID with your personal verification code written on a piece of paper next to it. The page shows you the code. The photo needs to show your full date of birth and the issuing country clearly. We only use it to confirm you meet our minimum age of 18.
4. Submit. Staff will review your request, and you'll get a ticket where we can follow up if we need anything else.

Your privacy

• Your ID photo is only viewed by staff for age verification. Every view is logged.
• The photo is permanently deleted as soon as your request is approved or declined.
• Photos may get an automatic pre-check to flag problems like a blurry date or a missing code. You can opt out of this when you apply, and a staff member will review your photo by hand either way.

Tips for a quick approval

• Take the photo in good light, with nothing covering your date of birth or the country.
• Make sure the verification code is clearly legible and matches the one shown on the form.
• You can cover any other personal details, such as your ID number or address.
