Description

Who appears to resemble a human-sized harpy, with the exception of feathered arms instead of wings. He looks as though he's ready to bolt. The rough, almost spiny plumage he has is a mix of bright orange and blue, terminating in a patterned, fanned tail behind him. Between these two colors, though, are light purple scales mixed with matching, powdery down.
