Port IPC Species

IPCs - an acronym for Integrated Positronic Chassis - are a race of unlawed and sapient humanoid robots that are fairly recent in sector history. While they were originally manufactured as synthetic assistants, and still remain as such in many places, some groups have given them the same rights as organic species.
