Another day, another round of salvaging. This time it was to help Kweeta.. who immediately died, and then caught fire. Yes, I did get that order correct. Creamed chicken rounds 4 and 5!

This one is presented with various complicated scenarios… ones we are not sure how to approach or if they are even true. We do not know what to believe, what we want to, or if these are simply anomalous mistakes… Sin, lies, deceit, heresy.
We will not be killed or swayed over by such. We can only trust what we believe.
New ship patterns have us in positive spirits. So very delightful for creations not made by Vox-kin will likely employ moving forwards. Still gets exploded all the same. We still hold distaste for anomalies that rip vessel apart.
Artifact dropped someone in our chamber from long ways away… caused great disturbance. Most annoying circumstance… yapping upset ones sought to place blame on this one who could have done no better and reacted quickly to save victim… mayhaps enjoy a free snack instead next time. We joke… mostly. Becoming less tolerant of others pressing our good faith. Will see…

Cain Sky
First day out here, met someone willing to take me on as crew. He wanted to know my story, so I told him most of it before he went to sleep.
He didn't come back. That'll teach me.
Spent the next few hours after I woke up doing cargo hauling before getting a Pulsar. My goal: A stronghold for the next shift.
Blew up twice, second one spaced half my shift. This time, I'm getting lucky with meat from spawned fauna. Probably won't have the same luck next time.

I joined this stupid two man crew hoping for easy credits and got it, but all the WORK is exausting. I might jump ship closest port of call. See if my agent still has my spacegram number blocked...

An excellent shift despite it being rather short for me. I met a doctor... Nicole was her name, a wonderfuly gentle soul who we went on a bit of an adventure together. I thought her strange at first as she was just sort of hanging around Dusk... I realized though with her sight issues she was certainly unique though.
We had a rather lovely time aboard my vessel. I got them a whole medical setup despite the sort of dingy ship I wound up buying. And had a good time with small talk. I think we ended up becoming much closer friends towards the end of the shift. She gave me a personal examination even, and it helped me with some medical issues I have been having... With the ole crick in my tail.
I ended though with watching the proceedings of the Cake V Icecream trial. It was an absolute thriller... I was not expecting the verdict at all, it was a true nailbiter through and through... I know now I will be picking my desserts more wisely in the future.

It's taken me... I... don't know how long... to find this place.
But now I'm here. I think I'm far enough, finally. Maybe I can find a new start.
I wandered the halls of this... large metal mass they call "Dusk". For a while I... continued to be lost, this place is alien to me. But then I'm approached by someone just like me, who I now know is Saltick.
He took me on board his ship and brought me on expeditions to scavenge lost technology. Gave me somewhere I could... be safe... clean, fed, somewhere to sleep.
And after settling in I'm introduced to Patch and Rosewyn, told of others of our kind out there... I feel, for once in my life... I'm part of something. I matter to these people. They... care about me, I... think... Let's hope it lasts...
