Admin Expectations

Admins are expected to actively assist with player issues, enforce server rules fairly and consistently, maintain professionalism while representing the project, and contribute toward maintaining a healthy gameplay environment. Admins should communicate with the team, remain approachable, and exercise good judgment during incidents and player interactions.

Head Admin Expectations

Head Admins are expected to provide leadership and direction for the administration team, assist with conflict resolution and difficult moderation decisions, help mentor and guide newer admins, and ensure administrative standards are being upheld consistently. Head Admins should help maintain organization, communication, and accountability within the admin team.

Trial Admin Expectations

Trial Admins are expected to learn administrative procedures, actively participate in handling player issues under guidance, ask questions when uncertain, and demonstrate maturity, professionalism, and sound judgment. Trial Admins are in a learning role and are expected to show growth, consistency, and willingness to improve.
