Station Representative SOP
The Station Representative (Station Rep) acts as the primary civil liaison and administrative authority for Dusk Station. The role exists to help maintain station stability, support lawful commerce and development, ensure proper documentation and permitting, and promote a safe and functional environment for residents, travelers, and native-crew.
This SOP is not a strict guideline, but moreso to help a new SR starting in their role.
The Station Representative is expected to operate with professionalism, neutrality, and reasonable discretion. This role is not intended to replace the authority of the CGP, command staff, or station ownership where applicable, but rather to support day-to-day station operations and continuity.
Dusk Crew Compensation
The Station Representative may authorize or recommend compensation for civilian labor and station support duties.
The suggested standard compensation rate aboard Dusk Station is: 10,000 spesos per hour
ID Display Expectations
All crew, residents, and visitors aboard Dusk Station are expected to possess and present valid identification when requested by station authorities, the Station Representative, or CGP.
The Station Representative may:
- Request individuals identify themselves while aboard station property
- Report suspicious or non-compliant individuals to CGP or station security
Permit Issuance
C2 Permit Authorization
When CGP personnel are unavailable or reasonably inaccessible, the Station Representative may issue temporary or limited C2 permits for lawful civilian purposes.
Construction & Improvement Permits
The Station Representative may approve construction, repair, or expansion projects aboard Dusk Station provided the work falls within reasonable station improvement scope.
Acceptable examples include (but not limited to):
- Repairing damaged public infrastructure
- Expanding public access areas
- Improving docking facilities
- Constructing additional civilian services
- Building storage or logistics infrastructure
- Installing public utilities or navigational support equipment
Construction should not: Intentionally obstruct access, Create unreasonable hazards, Interfere with critical station systems, Violate existing station ownership or departmental claims, Create unauthorized weapons platforms or hostile fortifications, etc.
Search Warrants & Investigative Authority
The Station Representative may draft and authorize written search warrants when there is reasonable suspicion that criminal activity, contraband, stolen property, or threats to station safety are present within a location under Dusk Station jurisdiction.
The Station Representative is not considered a primary law enforcement role and generally should not personally execute searches unless immediate emergency circumstances exist.
Whenever possible, execution of a search warrant should be conducted by a member of the CGP or other recognized law enforcement authority upon presentation of the warrant.
