United Transdimensional Security Pact

The United Transdimensional Security Pact, or UTSP, is an intergovernmental security alliance similar to modern day NATO. Signing governments officially gain mutual protection guarantees, but these cause economic and social knock-on effects. Its powerful collaboration and protection has created frameworks for free trade and travel between most of its member states. In many ways the UTSP has become a bastion of hope in this corner of the multiverse, having lead several successful missions in countering Gideon level events. In many ways the UTSP acts like a federation of its own, allowing member governments' citizens to enjoy safe and fulfilling lives.

The UTSP's stated goal is to maintain the health and wellness of sentient life at a multiversal scale through use of its strategic military arsenal. It was drafted after the narrow victory in the Human-Cell War. It was originally a vow between the Human and Gallian federation of the Sol-Onimori Commonwealth to never let the atrocities of the war happen to any other species.

Soon after signing, Doctor Jeremy Lund used Gate Technology to create open doors between more dimensions. With that, the UTSP quickly expanded beyond the borders of Eb9-212-69 and into the multiverse.
